You can use the Event Planner Pro software to plan any type of event. You can use it to organise your business, and to plan multiple events. Please click on the Product Info tab for more information.
The Company Database is use to manage your business. Within this section of Event Planner Pro, you can record all your prospects and live clients, along with advertising campaigns. You can record your finances using invoice and expense logging, along with timesheets for you and your colleagues.
The Supplier directory can be used to record supplier details, including estimate information, which can easily be copied down into the clients database. Checklists and day plans can be created for use with your client database and use your diary to keep on top of all your appointments.
