You can use the Event Planner Pro software to plan any type of event. You can use it to organise your business, and to plan multiple events. Please click on the Product Info tab for more information.
The client database is used to record all information related to just that clients event. You can easily copy suppliers over from your company database and also checklists and day plans. This will save you from having to duplicate work.
When you open the program you will asked to select either the company database or a client database from the list. You can choose to just display active clients in this list and then your current clients databases will just be displayed. Once a clients event has been completed you can make it inactive and then you can still retain the information in case you ever need to access it.
