You can use the Event Planner Pro software to plan any type of event. You can use it to organise your business, and to plan multiple events. Please click on the Product Info tab for more information.
For each supplier you can add the total cost, deposit value, up to four additional payments and the remaining balance. The total cost will be displayed against the category in the Budget Planner screen (if you choose the Automatically Calculate Costs option)
If you enter any payment due or paid dates then they will be automatically added to your Countdown Calendar, therefore you won't miss any payment deadlines. Each column can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column heading.
The following cost information can be entered. The additional payments are entered via another screen.
