You can use the Event Planner Pro software to plan any type of event. You can use it to organise your business, and to plan multiple events. Please click on the Product Info tab for more information.
Use this screen to enter your client budgets against each category type, e.g. venue, photographer. You can then monitor the under / over spend by either letting the software calculate the actual costs from the information entered in the costs section or by manually entering the figures. You can also choose to only display those categories that have a budget set, therefore you will only see the information you are interested in.
There are a number of different reports that you can run so you can keep your client up-to-date with their spending. These reports include, amounts paid, amounts due in the following week and amounts due in the following 4 weeks.
